Patnongon, officially the Municipality of Patnongon (Karay-a: Banwa kang Patnongon; Hiligaynon: Banwa sang Patnongon; Filipino: Bayan ng Patnongon), is a municipality in the province of Antique in the Western Visayas (Region VI) of the Philippines.
